Terms of Service

By using Proposal AI, you agree to these terms. They're written to be clear, not to trap you.

What the service does

Proposal AI turns the project details you provide into a proposal, scope of work, quotation, invoice, payment terms, project timeline, and client follow-up messages. You can preview part of your kit for free and unlock the full kit with a one-time payment.

Payment

• The full proposal kit is a one-time payment of $6.99. There is no subscription.
• Payment is by card through secure checkout, or by bank transfer (confirmed before your kit unlocks).
• You can preview before you pay, so you know what you're getting.

Your content and ownership

You own the documents generated from your inputs and are free to edit and use them. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide and for reviewing every document before sending it to a client.

Honest use

Don't enter false information or use the service to mislead anyone. The AI works from what you give it — it does not invent prices, dates, or client details.

No guarantees

A clear, professional proposal improves your chances, but we do not and cannot guarantee that a client will accept your proposal or award you the work.

Not legal advice

Documents generated by Proposal AI are for business communication purposes and are not legal advice. For binding contracts, consult a qualified lawyer.

Refunds & support

If something goes wrong with your payment or your kit, email daniel@taskclan.comand we'll make it right.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Taskclan is not liable for losses arising from your use of the generated documents.
